Street Sign Dedication
A BTW "Funky D's" member leads delegates to the Street Sign Dedication Ceremony.
Entertainment included a perfomrance by the Tulsa Youth Ballet.
BTW's "The Funky D's" performed for hundreds of students, Tulsans and international visitors who attended the celebration.
Mayor LaFortune dedicates downtown Main Street as the Avenue of the Sister Cities.
