A part of a new local initiative, Tulsa Global Alliance is hosting quarterly evaluation meetings for our International Visitor volunteers. These documents are available for volunteers who are unable to attend the evaluation meeting or for volunteers who have additional comments to make following the meeting. The forms are .pdf documents and can be downloaded and printed, or completed and submitted online.
