If you would like to participate as a citizen diplomat in any way, please let us know.

  • Host a group for dinner in your home ... or be a home-stay host.

  • Arrange for a tour of your business, school, or non-profit ... or offer to speak to a group.

  • Meet visitors for coffee, shopping, a sporting event, or a movie.

  • Welcome visitors at the airport. 

These are just a few of the ways you can help ensure a fun, educational, and memorable experience for our visitors.   

You could host a future government leader! Did you know that more than 300 current and former chiefs of state and heads of government have participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)? It is because of your time, effort, and hospitality that future world leaders have such positive experiences in the United States.
